Don’t Fry Day – Skin Cancer Prevention

Millions of Americans will enjoy the great outdoors this holiday weekend. Skin cancer, caused by too much sun, is the most common of all cancers in the United States. The National Council on Skin Cancer Prevention (NCSCP) designated the  Friday before Memorial Day as “Don’t FryDay” to raise awareness of skin cancer prevention and to encourage everyone throughout the United States to protect their skin while enjoying the outdoors.

Help us spread the word TODAY – May 27th  (Don’t Fry Day) about strategies for preventing skin cancer and encourage others to get involved. Share on your social networking channels, blog, website and/or send an eCard. Remember to use the hashtag, #DontFryDay. Visit the  and utilize resources for Don’t Fry Day including images and suggested content.

Together we can work together to prevent skin cancer!
