EVENT WEEKEND FESTIVITIES AT THE RED CLIFFS LODGE

We have a fun weekend planned for you from Thursday through Saturday (5/30-6/1).
Get your ticket for a four-course dinner paired with Wayne Family Estates Wine and Duke Spirits at the Red Cliffs Lodge.
The dinner also includes an exclusive premier of the movie LEGRAND starring Ethan Wayne and Ben Christensen who will be present to talk about the filming of the movie.

Join us for a FREE event at Red Cliffs Lodge on Friday, May 31 from 3 to 10 PM.

On Saturday after the run, join us for a Grit Down / Burger Bash at the Red Cliffs Lodge for runners at 1:30 PM:
• Burger Bash with burgers, hot dogs, baked beans, salads, sodas and water
• Beer, Wayne Family Estate wine Tasting, Duke Spirits Bourbon & Tequila Tasting
• Live Music by David Dunn
• Meet & Greet with the Wayne Family

On Friday, enjoy a free community event at Red Cliffs Lodge from 3 pm to 10 pm with live music, food trucks, a costume contest, silent auction, and movie screenings.
Then get a good night's sleep to get ready to run to fight cancer on Saturday morning. After the run, we'll have a Grit Down for runners back at the Red Cliffs Lodge.
Plus, there are lots of other fun activities and adventures that can be booked through the Red Cliffs Lodge.

Each participant will pick up their bib at packet pickup and will get their finisher mug and finisher shirt when they cross the finish line.

All cancer survivors who sign up for the event, get your complimentary yellow bandana at packet pickup (while supplies last) & wear it on the course to show your grit.

PACKET PICKUP PARKING
Packet pickup will be located at the Red Cliffs Lodge.
Go to Red Cliffs Lodge to pickup your packet and park your vehicle, then take the shuttle to the run events start line.
Parking is free at Red Cliffs Lodge.

NOTE: There is no parking at the start/finish line area.
You must take the shuttle from Red Cliffs Lodge to the start line, which is about 3 miles away.

Half Marathon: 6:00 AM - 6:30 AM
10K: 6:30 AM - 7:00 AM

The shuttle will take you back to Red Cliffs Lodge after you finish your run event.

Half Marathon participants, please arrive at Red Cliffs Lodge between 5:30 AM and 6:00 AM to pick up your bibs.
10K participants, please arrive at Red Cliffs Lodge between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM to pick up your bibs

There will also be plenty of opportunities to get your photos (and possibly videos) taken at the start/finish line and along the picturesque race course by our team of photographers and videographers.

There Is A Race Component And Podium Prizes
There Are Three Female And Three Male Winners For Each Course – That’s 18 Total Podium Medals and Prizes

The event is cupless. Bring your own handheld water bottle or hydration pack to the event and refill it at aid stations.
There will not be any cups at the aid stations. We will have filled water bottles for finishers at the finish line.
