PACKET PICK UP
Friday October 17, 2025 at the Museum of Western Film History in Lone Pine from 4 PM to 6 PM
NOTE: There will be a Food Truck from CoachWhip Café from 3 PM to 6 PM.

Saturday, October 18th, 2025 at the start line - more info below
-Every participant gets one FREE admission to the Museum of Western Film History in Lone Pine
- take your bib to the museum to get an entry ticket

NOTE:
Each participant will pick up their bib at packet pickup and will get their finisher mug and finisher shirt when they cross the finish line.

-On Saturday after the race we will be going to the Alabama Hills Cafe for food drinks and music.

All cancer survivors who sign up for the event, get your complimentary yellow bandana at packet pickup (while supplies last) & wear it on the course to show your grit.

Half Marathon starts at 8:00 AM

PARKING
Parking is free at the Museum of Western Film History (701 S Main St, Lone Pine, CA 93545) in Lone Pine on Saturday, October 18, 1025.
Take the shuttle from the parking lot to the start line.
There is no parking at start line.

SHUTTLES TO START LINE
Half marathon runners only from 6 AM to 6:30 AM
Half Marathon and 10K runners – take shuttles 6:30 AM to 8 AM
Shuttles take approximately 20 minutes to get to the start line

NOTE
The event is cup less. Bring your own handheld water bottle or hydration pack to the event and refill it at aid stations.
There will not be any cups at the aid stations. We will have filled water bottles for finishers at the finish line.

AID STATIONS
There will be 3 aid stations on the course for the Half Marathon and 2 aid stations for the 10K

We’ll also provide a special bib at the event that say “I run for…” on them and have a blank space in the middle so that runners can write the names of their honorees on them to raise awareness for cancer.
